Fill & Sign PDF Forms on the Page

Complete named fields, checkboxes, radios, and dropdowns, then click to place a signature and download.

How to Fill and Sign a PDF Form Online

  1. Open a form PDF: Select the PDF you need to complete - tax forms, applications, contracts.
  2. Fill fields, then sign: Tab through widgets to type, check, and pick options. Draw or upload a signature and click the page to place it.
  3. Flatten or keep fillable: Download with answers baked into the page, or keep the fields interactive for later edits.

Why this tool

  • On-page filling and signing: Text fields, checkboxes, radios, and dropdowns sit on the page. Place a drawn or uploaded signature where it belongs.
  • Flatten or keep fields: Choose whether answers become static page content or stay editable in a PDF reader.
  • No widgets still signable: If the PDF has no AcroForm fields, you can still sign on the page, or use Add text in Edit PDF to type on a scan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I flatten the form after filling so nobody can change my answers?

Yes. Choose Flatten to bake responses into the page, or Keep fillable if you still need interactive fields. Signatures are drawn onto the page either way.

What if my PDF has no form fields?

You can still place a signature. For typing on a scanned page, use Add text in Edit PDF.

Is this the same as Sign PDF?

Fill & Sign is for completing a form and placing an ink signature. Sign PDF is for cryptographic certificates (including Sign with Paprkit).
