How to remove pages from a PDF

  1. Load the PDF: Open the file in the organizer to see every page.
  2. Mark pages to remove: Delete individual thumbnails or clear a range you no longer need.
  3. Save the shorter file: Download a new PDF that omits the removed pages.

Why this tool

  • See before you cut: Thumbnails make it obvious which appendix or blank page you are dropping.
  • Not the same as redaction: Deleting a page removes it entirely. Use Redact PDF to black out text that must stay on the page.

Frequently asked questions

Is deleted content gone from the file?

Removed pages are not in the exported page tree. For hidden text on a page you keep, use Redact PDF instead of delete.

Can I undo a delete before export?

Yes. Until you download, you can restore pages in the organizer session.
